Accomplished and passionate Latina professional with over 25 years of progressive career experience in Marketing. A strategic thinker that has progressed into leadership positions with leading Fortune 500 Companies with strong focus on Multicultural Marketing.

Silvia retired from Corporate America in 2014 and became a Multicultural Marketing Consultant working closely with several Advertising Agencies and Businesses in New York City for several years.

Most recently, Silvia found her calling during the pandemic where she was looking for a new career and a new way to make a difference in people’s lives. She joined MassMutual New Jersey – NYC where she can provide value to families and businesses with holistic financial planning including financial education, retirement strategies. protection and wealth management

Financial literacy can help advance our community. As a Financial Services Professional I volunteer in several organizations to bring financial education to college students, middle school children and business professionals to help them better understand the importance of savings, manage their debt, college planning, and strategies for retirement, protection and wealth management for themselves, their families and their community
